Advance Business Solutions (ABS) Group - for over eight years providing property & business services to clients across Australia's eastern seaboard, from Cairns to the north in northern Queensland, to Melbourne with Port Phillip Bay down the south. Clientele includes private, government and health/welfare organisations, with residential, commercial/industrial, retail, hotel accommodation and special use property holdings.


Humbling beginnings with property valuation services, with Paul McKenzie, CEO, comes from a background of over 18 years experience as a property valuer. Since the 2010s, we have expanded into tax deprecation valuation services, for registered tax agents/accountants, to assist them when preparing tax returns and tax depreciation schedules for their clients. We also liaise with a few mortgage brokers and lender, to assist clients on their home loans / mortgage finance requirements.


From September 2015, ABS Group expands into New South Wales Conveyancing Services, with property conveyancing services for vendors/sellers, purchasers, family transfers and commercial leasing. Paul McKenzie, a law graduate from Macquarie University in Sydney, is professional with conveyancing procedures from start to finish, with a professional approach to explain conveyancing procedures to clients.


ABS Group also involved with media and public relations. Assisting a few organisatons and a few individuals with the media and public relations requirements.
We also run the Australia India Relations Network, involved with the Sydney Indian community, on business, community and cultural promotions.

Paul McKenzie Sydney born & bred. He is a property valuer for over 18 years and a property conveyancer for over six years. He has extensive experience in the property industry, with residential, commercial, industrial, retail, rural and special use properties. He has also worked in the areas of leasing, property management, compliance audit work, legal mediation/arbitration work and is a qualified auctioneer. Paul is also a published property writer, with published articles in the Sydney Morning Herald, Daily Telegraph, The Indian Telegraph, The Public Telegraph etc. A past finalist in the Excellence in Business Awards, he received the 2014 Indian Australian Business & Community Award, as an Ambassador. He is also a regular and medals recipient of Sydney’s City to Surf Marathon. Paul has also appeared in radio and done guest speaker public speaking on property.Paul McKenzie Sydney born & bred. Paul is a law graduate from the Macquarie University, with a Graduate Diploma of Law. Holds a Professional Certificate in Property Law, from Sydney University/Australian Property Institute. Also, a Bachelor of Commerce in Land Economy (Real Estate) - University of Western Sydney – Hawkesbury, Richmond Campus (former Hawkesbury Agricultural College). He is currently undertaking MBA studies with the University of Technology Sydney (UTS). Active with the Australian Property Institute (API), North Sydney Chamber of Commerce and the Australia Indian Business Council (AIBC). A past member of the Hills Safety Council and Past General Secretary of the Australia India Chamber of Commerce NSW INC, merged with AIBC.


Paul does auctions for charities and community groups. A White Ribbon Ambassador. He has a deep connection to Sydney and Australia, being sixth generation. Paul is one of the last surviving direct descendants of Edmund Blacket, Colonial Architect of Sydney/New South Wales 1842-1883 (Sydney University, St Andrews Cathedral Sydney, George Street Sydney commercial building and many other buildings), through Edmund's son Arthur, grandson Ulrick and great grand daughter Bessie. Outside of work, he enjoys travel, history, walks, Indian culture and cooking.
